meet lillie

Sweet little babe. Yes, I am trying to butter you all up with pics of my brand new niece Lillian Grace. Is it working? I am fully aware that I haven't blogged or read blogs for an entire month. What excuse do I have? None really. I just needed some time. Time to do other work on the computer (gag) and time to regain focus. Focus on my family and my creative spirit. Oh yeah, and I couldn't think of a damn thing to write. Sheez. The pile of fabric below will be baby blankets soon. More creative stuff to come. Spring is coming this week and I have the inspiration of new life everywhere I look. That can only be good! Any of you all still out there and reading? What fabulous things are going on your lives?

Awwww, so sweet! What a lucky aunt you are.

You don't need to apologize for taking time off, time to do other things (or nothing). It's your prerogative!

Heidi she is beautiful. Hard to believe our kids were ever that wee.

As for taking a break I think I am/was in the same frame of mind. Lot's going on workwise, family etc and really not feeling motivated to post. Not to mention I had nothing inspiring to post about. Glad you are back. HOpefully the lovely spring weather will inspire both of us to post on a more regular basis! :o)

Sometimes blogging is just one more thing to do. We all need a break from time to time.

What a wonderful picture of your niece!! You have plenty to keep you busy, making all of those baby blankets.

Hi!!! I've missed you--but understand.

Lillie is absolutely beautiful, just makes my heart ache for a little one to snuggle. Give her a good one for me, will you?

Smiles, Karen
